I'm looking for some of the above for a large-ish 1/72 project.  Can anyone point me in the right direction please ?

What sizes are you looking for Robert? Like roundel diameters number sizes etc.

They are just physical manifestations of collisions between enigma & conundrum particles.

Not sure of exact sizes Jim, but the project involves a C-27J Spartan so something suitable for that

Which era Robert?

They'd be about the same size as those on a C-130 and there are at least three different sizes for them.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

I would go for Fantasy Printshop on eBay - great quality and prices, plus they do whole sheets of roundelp, even custom orders!

Kit's C-130 idea got me thinking, I've got a Testors C-130J (re-boxed Italeri) which has RAF markings, I was going to use it to do a RCAF one and as a -30 too.

I may have what I want already   :banghead:  thanks everyone for your input though, I was thinking of some grey low-vis ones but looking at various grey painted RAF aircraft, the blue/red seems more prevalent

I figured a 1 C-27 wasn't THAT much smaller than a C-130. I'm not sure that the current RAF Herk fleet uses grey roundels at all, I've only ever seen them with blue/red ones, and SMALL ones at that.

I haven't found any photos of the grey RAF C-130's with grey marking either Kit, so I'll use the Blue/Red ones I've already got.  Now I just need to come up with some appropriate serial numbers, perhaps in the ZM range as the Airbus Atlas is in there too.
