If anyone in their travels comes across a dirt cheap SR71 could they please let me know. It doesn't have to be accurate as it is for my 6yr old. He wants to build one after seeing it in a transformers film...no rush as I'll be at Crewe show having a look.....he's very much into Battle of Britain at the moment and Redtails films.....but loves the Blackbird.......many thanks.......H

The only 1/144 SR-71 I'm aware of is the expensive Dragon kit. Revell do a snap-tite kit in 1/110, close enough?

LS issued one some time ago and a lovely little kit it is, it may be available under the ARII label now.

However if 1/72 would do I have the Italeri kit that comes with the GTD-21 drone, it can also be built as one of the trainers. The drone is the only bit that I want from the kit so the rest is yours if you want it.

They are just physical manifestations of collisions between enigma & conundrum particles.

According to the 'Big Book',

Ace/Korea, AMT, Esci, LS, Revell all do/did/or was going to make a 1/144 SR-71.  Diko-Rama did/does a 1/160 (reboxed by Kelloggs apparently) Lindberg did/does a 1/184 one, Monogram did/does a 1/110. Revell also did/does a 1/110 and a company called Big One did/does a 1/87 one.
If I'm not building models, I'm out riding my dirtbike
