Runway ? ...

Consider also two legged rodents. I've had my garage sized breeze-block shed "cherry picked" for the good stuff in the past.
Make sure it's secure. :)

I remember Lenny100 saying he had a very large boat/ship removed from his shed never to be seen again

For storage, you can't go wrong with something similar to this

Lots of ventilation, the storage surface is a good 2" off the floor, and the way they're set up they'll also keep your stash off the walls (condensation potential).

Yes, ensure your mancave can be secured.

I'd say if you are not running electrical power to the shed, you would be limited on using it as a workspace.  You need light and ventilation to work in.  A proper workspace needs lights, a fan, power for the dremel and cold beer for the WHIFFER  ;D

Hard wiring is best, but even running an extension cord would help a lot.

I have access to various shelving units....and at first I would be running an extension lead to it...

How come a bloke gets a cave and a woman a Boudoir ? Plus how come it's normally outside, in the loft or in the cellar ?
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
