Modeling isn't just about how good the gluing or painting, etc. looks. It's also about how creative and imaginative you can be with a subject.

The Mistel combo was less of a bomber but rather an early attempt to create a (more or less) non-suicidal guided air-to-ground missile to attack large hardened targets. However, IIRC there were concepts to carry a jet-powered bomber (IIRC one of the 1000x1000x1000 designs) on the back of a MASSIVE carrier aircraft close to the America coast and bomb targets there with it. Not certain what would happen to the crews of both aircraft after that mission, though...
