Got a guy over on the Modelwarships forum that wants to probably register here, but can't.

Maybe a browser issue? Trying to register with a different browser can make a big change.

The new membership is occasionally shut down when it starts to get flooded by "spammers" or other nasty types.  Geoff (Thorvic) then looks at the "real" requests for membership when it all calms down
