It was just a thought.  It's a great display as it is.  I'm sure you'll do well.
Break a leg (someone else's for preference).
;D

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Haha! I'll try.  ;D  Anyway, final decals on the SR-91 and SR-75 have been applied. Everything is getting packed up tonight, so I won't have final pics till tomorrow. I will say this though: Since these are fictional stealth craft, I have elected not to put any unit tail codes on any of the craft. Think about it: Why "advertise" where the craft is from to an enemy? Granted, some markings and insignia are necessary due to international laws about identification and such. So I only put a few on. Let's face it. Aurora is pure speculation. We don't know if it actually exists, Who built it, Who is flying it, etc., etc., etc.
Modeling isn't just about how good the gluing or painting, etc. looks. It's also about how creative and imaginative you can be with a subject.
My modeling philosophy is: Don't build what everyone else has done. Build instead what nobody has seen or done before.

Final pics of the finished display. Took it to a model contest yesterday and got:
1.  2nd Place Silver Award
2. Best Hand Painted Aircraft Award

As for why the SR-71 Blackbird is in the display even though it isn't an "Aurora" craft, the answer is simple:
QuoteAlthough not an "Aurora" design, the SR-71 Blackbird has been displayed with the other Aurora models as most or all Aurora designs and concepts were for a supposed follow-on replacement to the SR-71 Blackbird aircraft. The SR-71 was the fastest (Mach 3+) and highest flying (80,000+ feet) powered aircraft developed by Lockheed and used by the U.S. Air Force, and this is what the Aurora is or was trying to emulate. Therefore, I think it is only fair to include the SR-71 as part of the display to show some sort of evolution or lineage so to speak, i.e. – the SR-71 being a protégé/precursor of sorts to the Aurora.
