This was model which I glued together about 10 years ago. Then it was mutated to its limits...whiffed whiff...many configurations tested...planned to be stealth Skorpion...then get back to original, primed and throw to box...Now it's time for him to make it's way to shelf again -  1/48 Testors Mig-37...
Status (after taking from the box of doom) - almost disaster , lost plate between verticals and both airbrake plates (along with actuators, removed both plates near exhausts, cut-off flaps, sharpened radome, removed sensors, rear bomb bay closed forever, additional two missile pylons under wings

Out-of-box-of-doom photo

Sharpened nose was removed, airbrakes and rear plate from scratch, missiler from spare box, as well as decals.  I hoped to do it better but now I can look at it without disgust.

Very nice.
I keep looking at 1/72 versions of this in the LHS but put them back on the shelf.  This makes me want to buy one...

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

It's a pity the postage to Oz is so horrendous, I've got a couple of them I'll never build I'm sure.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Kit

Thanks for the thought Kit.  Appreciate that.
The LHS has had a couple on the shelf for ever at a reasonable price.
I meant to drop in today and grab one but I ran out of time.
