Histories of Nations (buy 1 get 1 1/2 price.....Madame bought the other one) 28 potted histories of individual countries by local historians .......fascinating to get a local view of national history in each case.
At a charity shop for £1.50
The Times History of War(information in maps and text from Biblical times to the Second Gulf War) Book in as new condition...original price £30

The Siege of Tsingtau.

I was impressed with this. Ordered at Waterstones Wednesday morning and they txt'd me at 9:00am yesterday (Thursday) to say it was in  :bow: Picked it up today
