Jumping the gun although nothing started yet. This one's RAF, there may be also a FAA version (two-seater).

I've had a Hasegawa 1/48 A-4M Skyhawk for aeons so this seems the ideal GB to use it, albeit in a backdated form with a few additions...extended tailpipe, UK munitions and 30mm Aden cannons.

Haven't decided on wraparound or grey/green/grey yet but I'm hoping it'll look nice.

Bear in mind that if you want 30mm guns, they don't have to be as external and visible as the Israeli DEFA mod. Malaysia had some of theirs delivered with ADENs and the only external signs are shorter, fatter gun barrels.

That's good news, I'll have a Google...could shave a few quid off costs. Having a battle with modeller's block/confidence right now....take out the kit, stare at the kit, put back the kit :banghead:. Still, three months to go .
