You are correct sir it should read 7.92mm  :banghead:

Someone had an MG of 7.7mm calibre I think ? Hope ? (memory clicked in and realised it was the Japanese equivalent of the standard British 0.303" round)
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
