I can't read Chinese, so other than the Su-30, what aircraft are being proposed? I think the bigger one is supposed to be an AWACs?
The trimaran hull won't work without more freeboard, unless the crew gives up their berthing spaces. Even with modern minimalist crewing methods it'll need at least 3000 people to do all the work.
Also, its overarmed defensively. Not even the Soviets put that many weapons on their ships, and they needed redundancy due to the lower reliability of their systems.

Needs a lot of refinement IMO , too many deck lifts for the size of ship (and aircraft) and deck area. On that same issue I'd say drop at least one waist cat and maybe one forward too.

Just too much deck is waisted space with the need for clearence runs for the cats and landing run. Once you factor in the need to move airframes around from lift to park, park to cat and then from arrest to park or lift, you need a lot of space, and careful design.

I'd presume this is carrying Flanker types and what looks like a twin engined J10 type, the small vehicle is either a helicopter of UAV.
