UK asking for P-8 Nimrod replacement.

So are we going to see an Airfix P-8 in the next few years? Or will it arrive around/after retirement like the Nimrod?

Hasegawa has one out......................but Airfix? not in my lifetime. It took 40 years for them to do a Shack.

Is the Hase one in 1/200 scale, that's their normal airliner scale? I can't see Airfix doing a P-8, or any 737 derivative in 1/72, they just don't 'think airliner' these days.

Yes, it says it's 1/200 in the blurb under the box art pic.

More interesting is the blurb ABOVE the pic that says S&M will be doing an RAF P-8 conversion for the excellent Revell 1/144 737-800.
