Some of the plotting at MK involved the PZL 37 Los.

Now Mister Craft have come out with various boxings, although I can't find any online at the moment (I haven't looked to hard yet). I have discovered I have one in the stash however by a company called Skala ? Looks like an old Eastern European kit.

Now does anyone know where Mister Crafts tooling originated ?

The PZL 37 is an old ZTS Plastyk mould (built three of them, then...), and all the Master/Mister Craft re-boxings are basically the same kit - they just differ theoretically by decal option (and their range is always hazardous, since box art, instructions and decal sheets frequently do not match 100%...), the kit generally comes with the optional early single fin configuration.
"Skala" does not ring a bell, though, but several brands have released the Los over and over again. AFAIK the only "really" new PZL 37 is the 1:48 kit from Mirage - but all 1:72 kits trace back to the mediocre Plastyk kit.

Thanks Dizzy. Kitbasher sent me the same chart (I didn't know they were out there on the Net  :banghead:) and it confirms I have that original ZTS boxing, so no need to get a "newer" kit when it is only a re-pop.

I saw SKALA on the box and because it was in capitals assumed it was the maker, just realised it's the scale !  :banghead: :banghead: I'll go to the foot of the stairs for a day or two  ;D
