There is one thing I was thinking of doing but changed my mind on, and that was doing the table layout, hence the request for one picture of the models pointing forwards and to the left. Enough to say that it's not exactly an easy thing to do stitching several pictures together especially when the kits are of different sizes so I gave up, sorry everyone  :banghead:

I know it's in a book I have around here somewhere....

That would be VERY difficult Alastair, you'd have to know the exact size of every model to start with, and then use the scaling programme in your graphics software to adjust them all to the same scale. Not to mention dealing with the slight differences in the vertical angle of the pics AND the differences in background colour.

Not a job I'd contemplate, and I reckon you did pretty well with you had to hand.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Kit

I may give it a go with what I sent Alistair, claiming various scales!

Nicely done Alistair. A great effort.........

OK whos up for Milton Keynes on the 10th May? As this was all his idea, I propose that Kitbasher volunteers / Is volunteered (delete as applicable) to run that one...............
I always hope for the best.

experience has taught me to expect the worst.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Thank you sir. I'll probably dig my high altitude scheme Mustang out for the next virtual show.

Maybe lockdown is getting to me a little but please if people are using my real name try to use the right versions of it's spelling!

Admitidly I do know of three spellings of my name. The version my parents gave me and that I have stuck with is spelt ALASTAIR!

I did run the post through the site spell checker before posting and have just done so again, only thing it didn't like was my site name

The Spell Checker is American although without checking I don't know if that's the American spelling and it's purely a blip ?

Another interesting spot of weirdness:

"Gondor" in my post is altered into "Condor" in Gondor's post!?
