Vought F4U Corsair

Having acquired a SMER F4U-1 Hi-Tech, I had the thought that this would have made an ideal aircraft for the Desert Campaign in North Africa. Have any profiles/models been done for this previously?

Operation Torch? Exotic topic, and rarely covered, IMHO. An early F4U should be interesting - maybe even with an Atlantic scheme (never saw that, either...). Just don't forget the fat yellow roundel rings.
