Advice re price of a kit...

Dear all.....I may soon come into ownership of a Doyusha 1/250 Shinano Japanese WW2 carrier.. it is a large kit and on doing some research it goes for anywhere between £110-250......it can take a motor but is not included in the kit. There don't seem to be any available for sale at the mo so I was wondering....if I get it what is an acceptable price to sell...box is in great condition an all parts bagged.....many thanks...
