My July S.A.M. fell through the letterbox this morning with a resounding thud. It's a heavy old beast nowadays especially with my extra subscriber articles

Anyway some interesting builds but including some wiffery

Builds of the Hawker P.1121 and S.R. P.177N Fleet fighter. Both looking really good in their F.A.A. colours.

The half wif is a conversion of the Eduard 1/144 Ju.87.B to the Ju.87C including folded wings. Now I knew this was planned but didn't realise a few were built. Mike Verier (the builder) has slightly tweaked the markings of one of these real world aircraft in order to produce a slightly more colourful examole. Really nice work, especially in 1/144

Blimey, the SAM editorial teem must be slipping. Time was when even the very thought of a Whiffed model would give them a turn of the vapours!  :o
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards
Kit

Since Gary Hatcher took over.

I know various people have various views about the guy, but speak as you find. I've always found him a decent bloke and always ready for a chat.
