Another design inspired by the Traveller roleplaying game, this is a small non-starship shuttle

This is actually the first model I've built with lighting :)

First the glamour shots :)

Testing the lights - port & stbd nav lights, upper & lower strobes ( flashing LEDs ), cockpit, and engine

Before weathering

A bit dirtier :)

Excellent stuff! The lighting looks really good - not overdone as some sci-fi modellers are prone to do...

I keep thinking about making a Modular Cutter out of tube stock if I could find a suitable dome for the front end...

Well you could try what I've just done for a fuel tank dome for a 1/48 Saturn V rocket I'm working on - hand sanded from high-density foam

Pic of it in progress below -

Had to use Polyfilla as normal model filler tends to dissolve the foam :)

A modular cutter is on my 'to do' list too :)

1/48?  Really?  That's over 7' tall.  Where are you going to keep it!?

Good work on the 20DT.  I fail when it comes to electricity so i'm always impressed at whose who can wrangle the stuff effectively.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Steel Penguin

nice effect on the cutter, and as zenrat said, clever on the tricity

and the Saturn V is going to look impressive as well

take off and nuke the site form orbit, nope, time for the real thing, CAM and gridfire, call special circumstances.

My gob is well and truly smacked - excellent work
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Captain Canada

Where's my beer ?

Rick Lowe

Nice work.

You do realize the hull shape is ideal for a 1st generation Eldar Falcon Grav Tank?
Just an observation...   <_<
