Back in the day competing fire crews would occasionally race each other to be the first to get to the scene of an outbreak as they were "owned" by the insurance companies that provided the building cover and the ones that got there first were the ones that got paid. I have read of competing crews fighting, but nothing like that  ;D

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model
