Haven't been here or at the bench much this year, we had some major renovations done in the spring and my hobby room was used for a lot of storage, still getting stuff out. Okay, so there's a lot of original clutter, but it's MY clutter! Anyhoooo...

Grabbed one I started to work on a long time ago, an MPC/Airfix Harvard, which is being turned into a dive-bomber. It came with Armée de l'air decals, so in my universe they took possession of some pre-war and hastily converted a few. Flaps are already cut out and (poorly) drilled with (mis-aligned) holes. I was going to go with a centreline bomb like the Dauntless, in fact I have Airfix Dauntless parts for it. But with the wheels being closer together when folded, and the centre-fuselage wing chord being narrower, it's either a case of the bomb-flinger-thingy getting in the way of the landing gear retraction or the tail of the bomb getting in the way of the centre dive flaps, so I will have two bombs mounted on the wings. Because it's MY model. And "bomb-flinger-thingy" is now an official term.

No pictures yet, but shouldn't be long.

Yeah it does!!

Glad to hear about the return to building and the decompressing of the hobby space.  ;D
