Looking for a decent 1/72nd scale IAI Kfir C.7

I am currently in the process of building and modifying a Hasegawa Kfir C.2. One modification is to put all the pylons on as per fitted to the C.7, and put an inflight refueling probe on it to bring it up to a similar version as the block 60's that Equador have. I have been looking for a C.7 which should already have all the pylons on but all the kits I find are to me, exactly the same externally as the C.2, ie 4 of the pylons are missing, I want to be able to do a couple of versions with different load outs on all pylons, and I am running out of decent looking/useable pylons in the spares box. Is there a kit out there that has what it should have on it?

There is a company called Avant Garde that have a new Kfir C2/C7 coming out soon although I have seen some on ebay, once and they were gone quickly, Hannants have not got any yet.
Like you I also want to build a C7 or two so I am keeping an eye out for conversion sets etc.

I have had to root through the spares box to put the extra pylons on my C2, as there is not much external difference in both versions. The hasegawa one I have has the weapons load out options showing all pylons fitted, that is what got me searching, and thus finding the block 60. I will also convert the nose if I have anything suitable too, but they are quite narrow, so we shall see.

The box art for the AMK/Avant garde Kfir says "C2/C7" so it probably has all the stuff you need. I haven't seen any pics of the sprues or any online reviews but it's a new mold so should be pretty good. I've got it on my watch list, too.

I have been looking at pictures of this kit too, and it seems they missed the rear fuselage pylons off it.
Looking like some more scratch building will be done to an Italeri or Hasegawa one then

If you need information about modelling the aircraft I have an article from Scale Aircraft Modelling that I could send you. No details about the rear fuselage pylons, which are mission/load specific, but it does detail the lumps and bumps that go with the C7 version.

That would be great, thankyou. I think I will be doing some sort of surgery to my Italeri version, just lookng at what I can use to scratch build a photo reccon nose, or just a bigger nose with a more modern radar fitted. I quite like the look of the 2 seater conversions, but will have to wait a bit for one of those.

I will scan the pages and make a PDF file for you tomorrow evening Chris. As for pylons and reconnaissance noses, try this lot http://www.eagledesigns.50megs.com/ they have lots of bits and bobs and looking at Scalemates AML do a camera nosed conversion set code AMLA7234 or AMLA72034.

For myself I would like to get hold of either the Andean Designs CE172 or Duarte 72-10 C10 conversion sets but I will have a nose around Telford first before I cry out for help.
