Thanks for the comments Aircav and Captain Canada!

Aircav,
I used Alclad II for the fuselage undersurfaces, its a very good product and I might try and do a NMF Me 262 next year using this stuff, its great!

Captain Canada,
Thanks for posting the pic of the Ta 183, no matter what national markings are on it that Ta 183 is neat looking airplane.
I have considered building one and painting it as a Luftwaffe aircraft that was captured by the Russians with the red stars applied over painted out German markings.

QuoteLate war RN example. My idea was, that the Brits overran the factory at bremmen ( or wherever it was ! ) and got to the plans before the Rooskies.

Built, test flown, and adopted for naval use in time to fight off Kamikazes in the Pacific.

Cheers !
You might build another in IJN colors, saying that they obtained the plans from the Nazis, too. Imagine the confusion trying to dogfight the same kind of aircraft at jet speeds!

Geof has one in Japanese earth brown - was at the East Mid's show, looked very good.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
