After some research IPMS / USA made these decals. But where to find them?

This is scanned from the artwork in the Bill Gunston Warplanes Of The Future book published in 1985. The original is quite big and my scans are at 720 dpi and are 2618 x 1032 pixels. It's reduced in size here to make it postable. If you want the original scans, I can e-mail them to you.

AFAIK, TwoBobs does or did a sheet in 1:48 with markings for an AFTI F-16:
