That's actually a pretty easy what-if - take any powered ship model and remove the stack(s).

How about a nuclear-powered paddlewheel?
In want of hobby space!  The kitchen table is never stable.  Still managing to get some building done.

Nearest I can manage in the real world is a four jet ex-paddle steamer: the Lucy Ashton.
