First Whif WIP I`ve posted on here for a long time and even then this model is nearing completion.

Built a similar Whif long ago when I first started Whiffery and always wanted to revisit this idea.

So obviously no prizes for which Squadron was going to the subject of this build, but I had to think of something a little bit new than just go for the standard Tiger tail design.

So I came up with this....,

I actually quite like the Tiger`s head overlapping the Soviet style star.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Interesting, I hope there will be a back story to explain where the RAF got this Flunker? Flask? From?
The NATO reporting names for fighters do all start with 'F' don't they?
Just a(too late) thought, you could have gone all tiger stripe with camouflage (keeping the same colours of course)

The British have raised their security level from "Miffed" to "Peeved". Soon though, security levels may be raised yet again to "Irritated" or even "A Bit Cross". Londoners have not been "A Bit Cross" since the Blitz in 1940 when tea supplies ran out for three weeks

That looks good!
I remember when Eurofighter was proposed to counter Flanker, a body of opinion suggested that it would have been cheaper to just buy Flankers.

Purchased from Belarus or Ukraine like the US did, either with or without a front organization inbetween? Because in the real world, the US really operates genuine Flankers and Fulcrums (among other types) in the aggressor role.

Maybe it's a J-11 from China?  :o

Calling this done.....,

....... what Su-27`s leased by the UK from the Ukraine might look like in the Aggressor role operated by 74(F) Tiger Squadron, circa 2020.
