Nils's Miniwings WHIF's

a few years ago, i bought a large number of Revell 1/144 miniwings on the cheap (6 each of the British and German aicraft collection), however, of these only one of each is planned to be built OOB, the rest is to be used for WHIF fodder. ive been looking into the stash and most of them have been replaced with recently released better versions from Eduard & Zvezda.

so im planning on building a large number of these as What If models, but in between im also gonna take in some other 1/144 aircraft from other manufacturers, just to add variation to the old revell kits.
the first 2 WHIF's are under construction, the first are a Bf.109e and Ju.87, both in Bordurian Air Force markings.
the Messerschmitt is nearly finished, its now been put on hold until decals are printed, the Stuka now mostly assembled and is almost ready for paint.

im building these miniwing in between builds as these can be built and painted in very little time.
once these are done, im starting on a Soviet Hawker Tempest Mk.V.

the Bf.109e, now fully painted, this is before the prop was added.



the Junkers Ju.87, currently in assembly, this pic was taken last night after the fuselage was painted on the inside and then glued together. as of now, assembly is done and paint will be added at a later date, decals will be applied when they are printed out.
