According to you!
What are the countries to identify on this F-15

Mossie

I'm pretty sure I can see Denmark, Japan, Canada,West Germany, Holland, Belgium, Iran and France of course.  Possibly UK, Australia, New Zealand, Argentina and two others I can't make out.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

After a quick bit of Goggling it seems to be USAF F-15B 71-0291, and was painted with french roundels for a promotional tour
in 1976, see here; https://makettinfo.hu/forum/image.php?img_url=upload%2F200711%2F65690_18105_USAF_F15B_710291_originally_built_as_TF15A_wearing_French_AF_roundels_during_promotjpg

slightly later with the Spanish flag added https://www.google.com/search?q=USAF+F-15B+71-0291&client=firefox-b-d&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiA58jQpM3gAhVRtIsKHX6oCjIQ_AUIDigB&biw=1536&bih=750&dpr=1.25#imgrc=FUgUboNzYrfh4M:

I'd add Israel, Korea and Norway to Mossie's list, not sure about the U.K. though.

The British have raised their security level from "Miffed" to "Peeved". Soon though, security levels may be raised yet again to "Irritated" or even "A Bit Cross". Londoners have not been "A Bit Cross" since the Blitz in 1940 when tea supplies ran out for three weeks

It was at the time when McDD was pushing the F-15 for Europe. They were even considering a production line in Europe somewhere (can't remember off hand though) if they was enough ordered by the various countries. The RAF was one that considered it but had concluded that the two-seat option that they considered as a requirement, didn't have the range because of the fuel tank that got replaced by the back seater. Of course this was before the conformal tanks were introduced  --- but (and from what I've read) McDD were testing an F-15B at the time with them.

The RAF one would have had a lot of Brit equipment too  ----

I've started a build where I've used a Tornado ADF nose and switched the engines to something like a European engine and it has the conformal tanks.

I did an RAF Eagle F.1 a few years ago. I plan to do a 2 seater F-15E as a Tornado alternative soon...

Australia considered the F-16, F-15 and F-18 as part of it's Mirage replacement programme but the Government plumbed instead for a compromise machine between the single engine of the F-16 and the expense of a duel engined F-15, the F/A-18,  It had the advantage that it could use BVR missiles - something the F-16 could not, at that stage do.
