I looked at the Squadron website this morning and saw the Hobbycraft-CF-105-Arrow marked as 'in stock'. But when I tried to order, I got a 'not in stock' message.

Same here, they need to update their page.

I had the opportunity to buy one of those not too long ago along 4-5 other bagged kits including a nice vigilante with microscale decals and an F14, for $38 total but I had no money!!!!!! Someone else got 'em.

I'd like to get my hands on their new tool kit. I wish they would do another run or something. Is Hobbycraft still in business? It seems like it would be a no brainer, as popular as the kit is and they could charge a little more for it than they would some other kit and make a hefty profit whilst under-cutting these folks out here trying to get $100 or more for one.

Last couple of Canadian hobby shops I've visited recently (admittedly not many but including Udisco in Montreal) there's been no Hobbycraft stock.

Not looking good, their site is still offline and it looks like the domain name has reverted to a company that sells domain names.

Guys, Hobbycraft are out since more than 5 years or so. Their last model I have AFAIK was the F9F Panther, already manufactured by Trumpeter.
At the same time I started searching for their site or any news, but even if there was a Hobbycraft site, it was for different hobbies. Their office was in Concord (Vaughan), Ontario, not far from where I live. I've been there on several occasions and there were some finished models on shelves, but they didn't sell anything at that place. This office is long gone. One can still buy Hobbycraft models in some Canadian museums - I've seen CF-105 in Ottawa some years ago. I bought a CF-100, a F-89D and a P-35 on ebay last year so their models are still pretty much there. Try shows and conventions as well.

Earlier this year, they still had a functioning website at hobbycraftcanada.com, including a list of model kits. Squadron still lists several kits on their website, which they wouldn't do if HC had gone under in 2012.

This is the last Hobbycraft kit I've seen as a new release:

It's from 2009, but I bought it a few years later.
Apparently CF-105 in 1:72 was a newer model (2012), but I haven't seen it in the stores:

If you know newer than this, than they were still manufacturing something from the old (or new) molds.
