What if the Lockheed F-117 Nighthawk  had the engine air intakes mounted behind the cockpit and the  former engine air intakes housed the air-to-air missiles?
There are plenty of kits available in 1/48 or 1/72 scale with resin and photoetch improvement sets on the market.
I see two options either use the space above the existing engine air intakes or a large unit behind the cockpit canopy. Both will be scratched built or a raid in the spares box could reveal something more suitable (F-107 style).
I'm still considering using a 1/72 B-58 with the body of a 1/48 F-117 to look like the General Dynamics Convair Kingfish.
