Has anyone  here bought  from this site, I have  been looking for  airfix  bloodhound missiles , an3 I  found  one  for  a reasonably sane price on their  website.  Matadormodels.co.uk.
Alarm  bells started ringing  whe I  saw that rheir order form and card details  page  was far from secure,  so I  didn't  proceed to  order from them.

I have in the past when I worked somewhere that still had a Fax machine, and it did all come through. The last order I sent a cheque through and the order never arrived - though the cheque wasn't cashed, so maybe there was some other issue / lost in post.

Its a bit frustrating especially for potential non-UK buyers, and even domestic ones that they havent hooked up a mail-order website when its relatively easy to do these days.

They are present at most of the big UK model shows, but this doesn't really help as it can be a bit of mission to get to some of these even if their 'close by' as it can still be a couple of hours in the car/train

Thankyou for the reply,  I  wanted  the airfix  bloodhound  missile system frombthem as they were selling it for right money,  but  when  I  went to pay,  the alarm bells  started  ringing.  It's a  shame  like  you  say, as I struggle to get to any  model shows.
