Anyone have any pictures of the innards? I was thinking of opening them up, but I can't find anything on-line.

I've never seen any pics of the inners mate. There's nothing in any of the Vicker's books I've got
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

No worries, Chris, I tried a test fit of the bombs that will be turned into depth charges, and they fit so snugly that any internal detail would probably just get in the way. Now to begin the laborious task of cutting out the doors.

If you do a search of the Sanger 1/48 Wellesley, you'll find some pics of a built one which has one of the pannier doors in the open position. There is also a 'The Aeroplane' Cutaway drawing which shows the position of the bombs, but not any structure detail.

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)
