1/43 RC Cars!!

Hey!

Thierry had a new toy the other day, a small 1/43 RC car.  The thing is you can change the bodies, wheels, tyres and engines for a different look/performance.

Me and my sister's boyfriend bought a Nissan 350Z and we pitched in for a body pack that included a Mustang GT and a Viper.  I took the Ford!  We also had straight, racing and slick tyres, plus two new engined.

Standard engine runs in at 14 000rpm, the orange one is 19 000 and the red is 22 000.  There are two more engines out there, one at 27 000 and the last one at 30 000.  I'll be on the look out for it.

Here are the bodies.  Note the red engine with its gears.

Here you can see how the car is charged, the black box has 3 AAA batteries.  I'll go at Radio Shack to get a battery charger, that ought to limit the operating costs!

Here's the remote, the battery pack fro the car plugs in and makes the handle.

Now, I added some "art" on the cars!!

 

Next step will be to drag race Thierry's Nissan!!
