Thanks a lot! Yes, it's probably a good example of how a whiffy model fills a historical gap - it works very well in this case, also because the build combines (literally) elements from the previous generation and from the successor.

On a real world note, the US Occupation Forces Constabulary, which more or less replaced the German civil police used M8 Greyhounds.  There is an interesting article at:
