Based around the Saro P.104/3 flying boat concept

Using the book Nimrod's Genesis by Chris Gibson the Saro P.104/3 looks like a kitbash using the Short Sunderland  MkIII and the Avro Shackleton MR.3.
The Shackleton will be donating the wings,  engines, dipping  radar,  wingtip tanks and twin tail fins,  the Sunderland will keep it's fuselage,  guns, beach gear and floats .
A raid in the spares boxes should provide adequate under wing stores,  although it won't look as slim as the line drawings. Where the main landing gear should go on the Shackleton,  the space will accommodate bombs or torpedoes.
Should be an interesting build .

If this doesn't work out, I will build the American Navy version of the Sunderland. Keeping the twin tail fins and changing the engines, plus decals.
