The XC-99 makes a Beverley look like a kid's toy!  :o

And that vid of the Princess flying '...at an airshow....' can't have been taken in 1950-51 as it says in the script as it didn't fly until '52. It appeared at Farnborough for the '52 and '53 shows, and I was there!  :thumbsup:
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Thanks for sharing this great footage. I especially enjoyed the last movie about the SARO jet flying boat.
