I saw one of these on here done in 1/48th, and really liked what I saw, so I have dug out an Italeri v-22 kit that I have that for some reason has no instructions with it and the canopy went missing. Anyhow this was easily remedied as I carefully removed the canopy from a house move victim osprey I did several years ago, and had a good guess at building it. After looking at what guns I had to put on it I set about cutting the port side windows and making some brackets for the guns to go on. The guns are a 3 barrel cannon from a ah-1 sea cobra, a bofors cannon from a Japanese PT-19 torpedo boat that I borrowed from it and I took the gattling gun off a b-58 and made it longer and made the mechanics for it out of some bits of parts I had in my box. I have put a nose sight from a AH-1 seacobra on the underside of the port fuselage and a home made FLIR pod on a small stub wing towards the front of the fuselage on the left also.I have used some ammo boxes from a ship I had done years back painted them green, and put these next to the guns and some spare ones to the opposite side of the interior. The last weapon I have made for it is a spare .50 machine gun on a remote aimed tripod with a night and day sight to the side of the gun. The fifty has its own ammo box fitted.
I am thinking of fitting some hellfire missiles somehow onto the fuselage forward of the wings/props on the starboard side. This so far has been my only stumbling block. I was thinking of putting a cut down AH-1 stub wing on the forward fuselage and hanging the hellfires from that.
Any ideas  would be great. I will take some pictures when I can borrow my friends camera, as some of you know my picture taking abilities are crap lol.

You are referring to LemonJello's AV-22 which was posted to the fourms on or about July 23, 2007.
