The Colossea gives my Bond quip some legs.  The Everjust in Incredibles 2 was a similar design, with a detachable aircraft instead of an airship.  That's the kind of work the design house is likely to get, rather than a sub.  They're hoping someone likes their aesthetic and is willing to give them work, could be movies, car exterior or a fancy new chair.
