Spit and Stang

About 20 minutes ago, I heard a beautiful sound flying toward our house, south to north. Looked up and at about 1000 feet, a P-51 followed by a Spitfire. Now, I'm thinking the lead was a Mustang . natural metal finish, deep fuselage but the other on his left was a Spit!The sound of the Merlins was enough to pump the blood.....no camera, of course...always to same!
