Nice! I am not sold on the mecha-esque/Bind-style front flap launchers, but it looks very good and makes sense as a light AT vehicle. 

I'm thinking they're stowage bins for two additional reloads.

What Dizzy says is correctab out the original design and usage. It was a radio controlled vehicle in most forms, when used unmanned, a reusable platform unlike the Springer and Goliath designs.

I originally bought the vehicle to build the Wanze version, with 6 x Panzerschreck mounted as an expediant very late war AT platform.
That build never happened, although there appears to be a very nice kit of the Wanze out now by Das Werk. If you look the Wanze up, there are a number of similarities with my humble offering, the Gnitze being a Weapon Generation or two more advanced
