and another project just started. Both OV-10 and Ka-34 were part of a lot of built models. Looking at the nose of the kamov I knew there was a turboprop attacker in there. Anyway, let's get cracking!

PSR also started ans seems to be quite limited  ;D
So let's figure out a nice scheme. Maybe something typical South American?

Ha Chris!

Ok, was it based on the same Kamov-52? Do you have pictures to share?
By the way: The OV-1's and OV-10's are still untouched ;-)

Cheers,
David

Clever! I'll be watching to see how this one develops.

Mine come from a lifetime of building OTHER models and having some bits left over.  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Sometimes I have big bits left over! Once and a while I scrap out an old poorly built one for parts. I was thinking of boxes from evil bay or maybe model show vendors. An internet friend in Japan sent me a whole box full of stuff once. He lived near a shop that sold Hasegawa reject sprues for next to nothing.

Put OA-14 cougar  in the search, or find it on page 30 of current and finished builds

;D I have seen a Su-25 alternative in the Hokum many moons ago (with A-1 wings and tail and new/bigger engine nacelles):

1:72 Mikoyan-Gurewich MiG-SPB (NATO Code 'Flintstone'); "08 Red", 201st Independent Shturmovaya Air Squadron, Shindand Airbase, Afghanistan, 1982 (Whif/Kit-bashing)

The OV-1 combo is excellent, this works well.
