I wish companies wouldn't list items for sale and then tell you it's out of stock. Either they have it for sale or not!
Don't know if that's what you are looking for.

There have been discussions on this elsewhere (&, possibly, here, too?) ... It's NOT an ekranoplan; wing form (if you could call them wings) is all wrong & it's wa-ay to high in the sky.
Has a life outside of What-If & wishes it would stop interfering!

It would be better sold under the label "Vanship".

Someone's built one on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nc3HTBXLjOs

Here's the document he reads the backstory from: https://andrejt.artstation.com/projects/VzzP8

It's sci-fi: sub-100% anti-gravity basically. The above site belongs to artist Andrej Troha. There's some pretty nice dieselpunk/atompunk artwork on there as well as this one: have a look around.

What is a Vanship anyway, it looks nothing like a Van or a ship  :-\

I know it's in a book I have around here somewhere....

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

JayBee

It certainly is NOT an Ekranoplan, and it does not even seem to fit into the Vanship world.
All I can say is that what ever it is it would look better with a great big Sharkmouth on it !

They are just physical manifestations of collisions between enigma & conundrum particles.

I have that kit. It's expensive but it looks nice in the box. The interior will be completely invisible, though.

ekranoplan literally means screenplane/screenglider in reference to the
screen of air on which it rides, Andrej's rides on an anti-gravity screen
rather than relying on aerodynamic lift, ergo if he wants to call it an
ekranoplan, he can.
;)

Of course the irony of complaints about the incorrect usage of a real world
term on a What-If? modelling forum is delicious.
;D

An anime mecha-thing. "Vanship" is an original name (it's powered by "Claudia"!) for a this kind of anti-gravity vehicle.  ;)
