If you want some Durandal's I should have a load of them from my Hasegawa F-111 kits.

That is a very kind offer, and I find it quite hard to resist. I shall PM you about this, Alastair.

That's a VERY handy site, thanks for the link.

That is the Jag pod that I was thinking of, yes, but I got the manufacturer wrong, sorry. It has a weird pylontoo, with the leading and trailing edges swept forward for some reason.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards
Kit

My pleasure.    <_<

Reading about the pod contents, I can't help but wonder how they failed to include a SLAR in that already massive pod, so I think that'll have to be installed in my whif EMI Mk 3 pod..  ;)

There's a French BL755 equivalent called the Beluga:

They also have/had a slightly different system called the BAP-100/BAT-120. This had nine small bombs in a cluster on a short adaptor, or two clusters (18 bombs) on a longer adaptor intended for centreline pylons. The BAP-100 munition was a concrete-piercing anti-runway/anti-road bomb. The BAT-120 was a proximity-fused blast-frag bomb.
