Didn't the prototype have radar reflectivity problems?  I swear I thought I'd read in Flying Magazine, back in the day, that it had next to no signature on radar.

A lot of civilian aircraft have small primary signatures on ATC surveillance radar.  Not sure why it would be an issue if the Starship's was unusually small since a transponder is always used.
