Thanks for posting the pictures Martin, looks like both tables had a pretty full display.

Always great to see some for of my kits and sets getting a day out. Already looking forward to seeing what is on display next year at SMW, and at other shows earlier in the year.

Ah, but does the model of the Karel Dorman in front meet your expectations as well lol

Is there a link to the backstory / build of the Vampire based model above. I've seen the single engined Comet build on here but not that one? Please and Thanks

Blame Geoff B for the ship.
I talked him into building it seeing as he is the resident ship builder/expert

Found it (I think) - pyro-maniac's de Havilland Fireball (https://www.whatifmodellers.com/index.php?topic=35007.msg556236#msg556236).  Unfortunately the link to pictures doesn't work.  Maybe a PM to him could rectify that?

Nick

Allan and Chris are now video stars! And the wine is out  ;D

Starting at 13m45s, you can see the Project Cancelled and then the What-If tables in this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zLyT7YAGdPs

I didn't notice the London table (my club) has an HMS Eagle with F-18s on the deck. 32m20s. I didn't see that at the show, how embarrassing.  :-X
