I'd no sooner ordered another P.8 when Alistair offered me the tandem two seat version instead.  Couldn't resist, although I really should have added it to my order rather than switch, but then Gondor wouldn't have his.  All worked out fine.

The cleaned up parts

Other than 3 pieces, the two kits are identical.  Size comparison of the offending pieces with the originals

The added extras.  The smaller piece is the IFR probe.  I've yet to mould this.

And it's together. Well, sort of.  Shown in comparison with P8 V5.0. (see appropriate thread)

Now with wings!

Shown with P.8 V2.0.

Progress!  The wings are on, but there's something funky going on and it doesn't look square.  I think it's the u/c as the wings are on okay-ish.  May have taken too much off one side of teh u/c module.

Again, tail bumper added underneath.  The wings are filled, but could do with a skim of the Revell stuff.  Whatever is going on with the skew whiff assembly, hopefully the disruptive camo and underwing missiles and tanks may disguise it.  Willie suggested another fix but I'm a bit dubious.

Lost Cosmonauts

Twist or not the proportions of that are growing on me - I think it suits the slight stretch. Look forward to seeing some paint on it
