I have tried to paint (the underside) with the silver metallic "paint" but it was not colouring, being just like a gloss varnish. After drying, I painted it sky blue as first planned.:

As far as I am concerned I am a little disappointed by the result. I mean: according to me, reverting the V Merlin into an inverted-V like DB605 should have provided the beauty of the Fiat G55, but not at all at the end, the nose here is not pretty, sorry...
