Street Freaks are hard to classify.  Steve Magnante (inthegaragemedia.com) says;
 Early on the Street Freak category was a catchall for obsolete race cars hastily modified for quasi-legal street use. Old Gassers, former altered wheelbase, and flip-top Funny Cars all appeared wearing plates. Offshoots included T-buckets with supercharged 427s. In general, if it was outrageous and it wore a license plate it was a Street Freak.  In their prime, owners of well-executed (but not necessarily practical or even functional) Street Freaks could count on plenty of attention from magazines and car show promoters who happily put them on the ISCA national show circuit where thousands of folks bought tickets to see these wild cars in person.

This is a '57 Chevrolet 150.  Power is by a supercharged 421ci Pontiac V8 with fenderwell headers.  Engine is set back in the chassis which entailed a scratchbuilt firewall.  Most of the inner fenders and radiator support panel have been removed.  Chassis members forward of the firewall have been removed and replaced with straight box section.  A straight front axle is fitted approximately 10 inches forward of the stock position.  Rear axle has been mounted under the springs and set forward by a few scale inches.
It rides on five spoke mags with skinnies on the front and cheater slicks on the rear.

Interior is pretty simple.  RHD conversion, no rear seat, half roll cage, and four point harness for the driver (two point for the passenger).

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
