The Wooksta!

And the final part of the trio begins.

The building block. Obligatory box and bits shots.

Basically, some spare AZ bits and a swapped canopy.  A Spanish late Buchons with late 109 upgrades - ie Erla hood, tall tail and the wing saddles.  Oddly, Spain's two seaters had nice blown hood and the tall tail but the didn't do the same mods to the single seaters. Well, I am.

So other than this, it's going to be a straight Buchon, with the underwing rockets too. My usual less is more subtlety.  I'm not keen on the options in this boxing, as I'm wedded to either the overall blue or possibly the three colour scheme, and they're too late anyway.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

I'm glad someone has faith in me, as I certainly haven't...

The Wooksta!

The wings are together, well, the saddles are on but I've yet to add the wing fences or the BFO cannons. I'll do that once the airframe is together and fettled, simply to prevent them being knocked off.

The cockpit is partly assembled,  and I made a start on the the prop. Before I decided life was too short to fight it and chucked it back in the box. I'm going to steal an Airfix IXc spinner and a 3d prop.  I have enough of them.

So, slow progress here, but that's the nature of the kit. It's fiddly and not one you can just chuck together.
