X-Scale: 1/144th Douglas DC-8

X-Scale is a new Ukrainian manaufacturer and for their first model, they've done a 1/144th scale Douglas DC-8 in two boxings. According to an inpbox review in the latest Airfix Scale Model World (August 2023) the kits are really nice, which goes some way to justifying the steep price: £36.00 from Hannants. The kits are only $36.00 (about £28.00) on their own website, although you have to rememeber that if you imported them yourself, you'd also be liable for taxes.
