As I am now in the Isle of Man to see the TT there is zero chance of me getting this finished in time, even with the extended deadline. I blame SWMBO who decided decorating the lounge took priority over my hobby :banghead:

I have a SWMBO like that - they just don't undertsand! :banghead:  :banghead:  :banghead:

Must admit the TT races have always been one of those "maybe next year" events for me, but I've never got around to it. Last motorcycle racing I saw in the flesh was up the old Crystal Palace circuit, and I'll let you work out how long ago that was

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

How do I tell?

Well I am very late (as usual) to this thread, but I had to open my old Revell TFX box again to see the difference is noses.  The B (Navy) is noticeably shorter and stubbier.  A (air force version) at the bottom.

and of course no F-111 discussion would be complete without a discussion of the "correct" Plow Intake.  It helps Kit fall to sleep thinking about such things.

You're NOT kidding Dave!  :banghead:  :banghead:
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

The Lounge Room?

A lounge/dinning room, the biggest room in our small house. I am permitted one small corner desk for my laptop and modelling desk - although I have managed to fill the loft space with my stash

If it can be moved to somewhere more appropriate, please do. I believe the Crystal Palace circuit closed whilst I was still at Sixth Form

Last international race was 1972 and the last club race was 1974. Most of the circuits still there and they have had some "sprint" races over the last few years, but that's it.
